For almost a decade, Chelsea has been building long-term business resilience through integrating environmental and social impact. Under her leadership, Etsy became one of the first companies to include ESG and climate reporting alongside financial reporting in the 10-K.

She oversees emissions reductions to meet Etsy’s SBTi validated Net Zero Scope 1, 2, and 3 targets, as well as Etsy’s social innovation and human rights work.

Prior to Etsy, Chelsea was Foundation Director at the Yansa Group, empowering rural and indigenous communities to make use of their renewable energy resources.
