About Rachel Ross
Rachel Ross is Vice President of Energy Policy at the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI), where she develops energy infrastructure strategies and policies, brings together technology companies, utilities and government stakeholders and leads initiatives focused on scaling innovative energy solutions for data centers.
Rachel brings 20 years of experience across the technology, government and power sectors. Before joining ITI, she consulted with organizations including the Corporate Energy Buyers Association and held senior energy and sustainability leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Defense including Deputy Chief Sustainability Officer. She also served as Chief of Staff to the Secretary of the Army and previously led the advisory practice at clean energy firm Allotrope Partners.
Rachel holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and a BA from UCLA.
