About Jessica Rivas
Jessica Rivas is Director of Climate & Nature Sourcing Transformation at McDonald’s, where she works at the intersection of climate, nature and global food sourcing to help translate sustainability commitments into action across a complex global supply chain.
Jessica brings more than 15 years of experience in sustainable supply chains, human rights and sustainability strategy. Since joining McDonald’s in 2017, she has held leadership roles across Global Supply Chain Human Rights, Global Impact, Climate & Nature and Sustainability Strategy & Alignment. Her work has included developing enterprise-wide human rights strategy and advancing sustainability across global sourcing and supply-chain decision-making.
Jessica has also served as Co-Chair of the Consumer Goods Forum Human Rights Coalition and previously taught Sustainable Supply Chains and Human Rights at DePaul University.
She holds an MBA from ESADE Business School, a JD from William Mitchell College of Law and a BA from the University of Michigan.
