THE CHALLENGE

I was getting little response from potential employers and feeling frustrated and unsure.

I had great experience in sustainability leadership, strategy, and implementation, and I wanted to expand my reach beyond my home state to work nationally and internationally. For a year or so, I randomly responded to job postings that sounded interesting, but without having a focus or a CV that demonstrated my abilities, I was getting little response from potential employers and feeling frustrated and unsure.

In addition to helping me be more strategic in my search and positioning myself, her coaching sessions were very hands-on. She spent time rewriting pieces of my CV and helped me write cover letters. I found the homework pieces and the templates to be very useful.
